Normal behaviour in hot weather?

Hi
Saw this behaviour on one of my hives last night assume its due to the hot weather is this correct?

I may be wrong but I think it’s called bearding and you’re right, it’s when it’s too hot in the hive. Were the bees using their wings to circulate air?

Same with mine. Looks like a problem at first- – – but just their way of keeping cool in hot weather.
